And I said never again...

For reasons that are unclear, I am training to run the Blackmores Half Marathon in September with my mates at Can Too.

Can Too do an amazing job raising money for Cure Cancer Australia to fund young researchers who are looking for cures for cancer.

I do a very average job of shuffling around Sydney streets, gossiping with my mates and moaning about my old-lady knees. 

Still, together, we're hoping to raise some money, and I'm determined to make it to the finish line, maybe a teeny bit faster than I did last year, so that I can drink champagne out of a plastic cup with my buddy Dom (above), and feel like my glory days are not behind me. 

So go on, sponsor me. Cancer researchers and my old-lady knees need all the encouragement they can get.
